The Ashram runs a free medical camp every second Sunday of the month. This was started in July 1999 by devotee doctors and continues to serve needy people of Tiruvannamalai to date.  The Ashram has conducted over 250 medical camps under the able leadership and guidance of Sri Dr. Ramanathan.
